It is a bittersweet day for Floyd and Team Phonak. They unfortunately lose Robbie Hunter. He missed the time cut yesterday and was reportedly hampered by saddle sores. The mood looks cheerful as the ?race? on the last day strolls along. Congratulations are coming and going. The unique camaraderie from within the peloton shows the world what sportsmanship is about. McEwen pushes his domestique across the sprint line in appreciation of his teammate?s efforts. Now look, the old man Ekimov is rolling onto the Champs-Elysees leading the peloton. A sincere show of respect to a true champion. Is this our last look at Eki in Le Tour?
You know how it is when you?re out on a Sunday group ride. There?s always someone who turns it into a race. They think they?re in the Tour de France or something. The tone changes from mellow to mayhem. The Ferrari?s, Porsche?s, VW?s, and Subaru?s are going
