The SL-K's adventure model is hungry for the moments when you head off of the beaten path, with gearing for easier climbing and conquering hurdles, and a compact design that's well suited for touring setups and gravel bikes. The versatility of a 46-30t crankset gives you the relief you need when pedaling into headwinds on remote desert highways, and powering up through fire roads in the forests of interior BC, and the power for crushing down windy canyons, or rolling onto singletrack. While the SL-K Adventure and Gossamer Adventure might sport some similarities when it comes to versatile gearing, and bottom bracket standards, the SL-K excels beyond the Gossamer with incredibly lightweight hollow carbon fiber crank arms, which both increases the stiffness of your pedal stroke, and lightens your load when you're powering up remote gravel roads. The SL-K Modular Adventure Crankset uses a direct mount outer chainring, and an inner chainring with a 90mm bcd, with four chromoly chainring bolts to ensure durability.
