Hincapie Wins the Tour "day" France!

This is a headline I would like to see. The guy deserves it plain and simple. However, he?ll be the last man to say it. Year after year, he quietly goes about his business of helping Lance win. Year after year, he asks nothing in return.

In all honesty, George would be happy earning a win at Paris-Roubaix. I wish I could type that headline also. Whatever George does, he puts his heart in it. He works as hard as anyone in the peloton without saying a word. You can?t help to respect his abilities and calm demeanor. His silence is his loudest trait.

See what George had to say when he was interviewed by Roadcycling.com.

Who knows, I may be dreaming more than George when I think of the headline. I hope George?s dreams come true, whatever they may be.

I would like to know from our readers who they feel deserves a win. They don?t have to be a six time winner. Tell us who you would want on the podium and why. Maybe they are a fellow countryman or maybe you just feel sorry for them. It would be good to recognize who the fans want to win instead of who they think will win. Who knows, maybe we will post your headline!
