George Hincapie (U.S. Postal Service) has won the Three Days of De Panne.

George Hincapie (U.S. Postal Service) has won the Three Days of De Panne. The American finished third in the fourth and final stage, a 13.7-km individual time trial in De Panne. Laszlo Bodrogi (Quick Step) won the time trial in 16:37.17, and Robert Bartko (Rabobank) finished second at 0:00.41, with Hincapie taking third at 0:05.37.

Cooke plummeted to 12th, but Hondo remained in second. Gerben Lowik (Chocolade Jacques) rose to third with a strong ride, and Fabian Cancellara (Fassa Bortolo) and Marc Wauters (Rabobank) took fourth and fifth, respectively, with their efforts.

In the overall, Hincapie beat Hondo by 0:10 and Lowik by 0:11. The next stop for many of the Three Days of De Panne riders is the Tour of Flanders on April 4. Who will prevail? Check in at www.roadcycling.com and find out!
